Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials as part of a deletion request.
We review the request to understand which information and systems are involved.
Where appropriate, we may verify the identity of the requester or their authority to request deletion on behalf of a business.
We identify eligible information within relevant systems, accounts, files, and service records.
Eligible information is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.
Where Vista Funnel receives or accesses Amazon Information through authorized Amazon systems, Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, or the Amazon Selling Partner API ("SP-API"), that information is handled in accordance with applicable Amazon requirements.
Amazon-related information is retained only where there is an authorized business purpose, contractual requirement, or other permitted basis for retention.
If a seller revokes access, the service relationship ends, or deletion is otherwise required by Amazon policy, Vista Funnel will cease using the affected information for the terminated purpose and delete or securely dispose of information as required.
Where an applicable Amazon requirement requires information to be deleted within 30 days, Vista Funnel will follow that requirement, except where retention is expressly permitted or legally required.
Vista Funnel does not retain Amazon Information indefinitely for unrelated purposes after authorized access or the applicable business purpose has ended.
Some information may not be eligible for immediate deletion where Vista Funnel is required or permitted to retain it for legitimate reasons.

Where information must be retained, access and use will be limited to the applicable permitted purpose.
Information may exist temporarily in backup, archival, logging, or disaster-recovery systems even after it has been removed from active systems.
Where applicable, such information will remain protected from routine operational use and will be removed or rendered inaccessible in accordance with applicable backup-retention, security, legal, and marketplace requirements.
If information subject to an approved deletion request is held by an authorized service provider acting on Vista Funnel's behalf, we may take appropriate steps to instruct or coordinate with that provider regarding deletion, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Clients may also revoke Vista Funnel's access to marketplace accounts through the access-management controls made available by the relevant marketplace.
Revoking access prevents future access through the revoked permission. If you also want eligible information already retained by Vista Funnel to be deleted, you may submit a deletion request using the process on this page.
Where appropriate, Vista Funnel may confirm that a deletion request has been processed or explain if certain information must continue to be retained.
The response may depend on the scope of the request, applicable legal obligations, marketplace requirements, and the systems involved.
Important: Submitting a deletion request does not automatically require deletion of information that Vista Funnel is legally or contractually required to retain. Each request is evaluated according to applicable law, marketplace requirements, contractual obligations, and the nature of the information involved.
