The exact services provided to a client are determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, or other agreed service scope.
Vista Funnel performs only the services agreed with the client. Individual projects may differ in scope, duration, deliverables, access requirements, marketplace coverage, and level of support.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, services or activities outside the agreed scope are not included and may require a separate quotation or revised service agreement.
Vista Funnel may recommend changes, actions, content, advertising strategies, operational processes, or marketplace activities, but the client remains responsible for business decisions and approval of actions where applicable.
Vista Funnel is an independent service provider. References to Amazon or other marketplaces on this website describe platforms for which Vista Funnel may provide support services.

Services may be priced as a custom monthly quote, project-based quote, custom support quote, or another structure agreed with the client.
Final pricing, payment terms, deliverables, and scope will be provided in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work before work begins.
Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation or additional charges, subject to client approval.

However, marketplace and business performance can be affected by factors outside Vista Funnel's control, including competition, customer demand, pricing, inventory, account history, product quality, marketplace algorithms, platform policies, advertising conditions, seasonality, and economic conditions.

Vista Funnel provides FBA prep and packaging guidance and operational support only unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Vista Funnel does not physically receive, prepare, package, label, inspect, or ship seller inventory as part of the support services currently described on this website.

Vista Funnel may provide listing content, A+ Content, Brand Store design, product images, video, copywriting, creative assets, and other content services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information, trademarks, product claims, specifications, images, and other materials supplied to Vista Funnel are accurate and that the client has the necessary rights to use them.
Marketplace approval, publishing eligibility, and content acceptance are determined by the applicable marketplace.
Vista Funnel retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, processes, know-how, software, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership and usage rights for client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement.
Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, brand materials, product information, account data, and other materials they provide to Vista Funnel.
By providing content, images, files, product information, account information, or other materials to Vista Funnel for a project, the client confirms that it has the authority necessary to provide and use those materials for the requested service.
The client grants Vista Funnel permission to use such materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.
Vista Funnel will treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only for authorized business purposes, subject to applicable contractual, legal, marketplace, and security requirements.
Additional confidentiality obligations may be included in a separate agreement, statement of work, or non-disclosure agreement where applicable.

Clients must not use Vista Funnel services to request or facilitate activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited by an applicable marketplace.

Vista Funnel may suspend or discontinue services where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, unauthorized activity, security risk, unlawful instructions, policy violations, or material breach of an applicable agreement.
Upon termination, marketplace access should be revoked when no longer required and relevant information will be handled according to our applicable data-retention and deletion obligations.
