Kollo Health LTD is a British Made supplement brand, developed to contribute towards healthier skin, hair and nails, whilst also helping maintain the function of healthy joints and bones. Kollo Health’s mission is to provide people worldwide with scientifically backed collagen supplements for the mind and body.
In 2021, Kollo’s Amazon sales ranged between $6,000 and $8,000 per month, struggling to achieve significant growth. Despite having a strong product and good visibility, conversions remained lower than expected. The key challenges included unoptimized product listings, limited advertising reach, low subscriber engagement, and inefficient ad spend, all of which hindered scalability.

If the stock is available at FBA facilities regularly, the customers who have monthly subscriptions of the product will get it on time. This helped grow subscribers from 50-60 to over 200, ensuring repeat purchases and long-term customer retention.
5. Ad Spend Optimization
Adjusted bidding strategies to improve cost efficiency while sustaining growth. Successfully reduced TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) from 30%-40% to a more sustainable 10%-11%.
